Recent trends in Gluten labelling and improved detection methods have resulted in the need for a faster and more sensitive detection kit for Gluten analysis. It is the Gliadin component of Gluten that provides the estimation of Gluten content. Hence a measurement of Gliadin levels provides an accurate reporting measure that can be easily converted to provide an estimation of Gluten.
The new Gliadin kit from ELISA SYSTEMS is designed to provide you with a faster and more sensitve method and still uses the proven Omega-Gliadin antibody.
The New Gliadin kit replaces our Gluten kit (code ESGLURD-48).
